Order on Mass Food Delivery

We believe that local food should be accessible to all, regardless of income. We are proud to accept SNAP/EBT payments on Mass Food Delivery.

To get set up, register for a Mass Food Delivery account, select “SNAP” during the registration process, and enter your details.

If you wish to use your SNAP/HIP funds to purchase items from Mass Food Delivery and have them delivered to your home, you will need to be able to meet the driver at the time of delivery to process payment with your EBT card. Please note that we offer free pickup for all orders at our headquarters, Mycoterra Farm, located at 75 Stillwater Road in South Deerfield, MA. 

Note:

  • SNAP funds can only be used for eligible food purchases and may not be used for delivery fees.
  • Delivery will require a second form of payment (credit or debit card) to be saved to your Mass Food Delivery account for the $10 delivery fee for each order you make. This is a discount for our SNAP/HIP customers from the standard $12.50 delivery fee.
  • If you are processing SNAP/HIP payments with the driver, we can only utilize HIP funds that are available on the date of delivery (since that is when the payment is processed), not the order date.
  • We strongly recommend placing SNAP/HIP orders at the start of the month to ensure we can process your payment.

As of July 29th, 2024 we will no longer be able to offer new signups for the CSA Pilot Program.

Mass Food Delivery subsidized over $38,000 worth of food and waived over $150,000 in delivery fees since our inception in 2020. In 2022 alone, we subsidized over $8,000 worth of food and waived over $50,000 in delivery fees.

Unfortunately, this has made a significant impact on our ability to continue to provide food access across the state as we face rising costs including fuel, vehicle upkeep, materials, food, and labor. We are currently filling SNAP orders at a financial loss. 

What do I need to know about delivery?

  • Please note: When you confirm your order, if we do not deliver to your area, then the only option our system will allow is for pick-up at our headquarters at Mycoterra Farm in South Deerfield, MA.
  • We will no longer be able to deliver to most of the southeastern portions of Massachusetts. We will be NOT be delivering to following towns:
    • Worcester County: Blackstone, Douglas, Dudley, Hopedale, Mendon, Millville and Uxbridge
    • Norfolk County: Plainville and Bellingham
    • Plymouth County: Bridgewater, Carver, Duxbury, Halifax, Hull, Kingston, Lakeville, Marion, Marshfield, Mattapoisett, Middleborough, Plymouth, Plympton, Rochester, Wareham
    • Bristol County: ALL Locations except Mansfield and Easton
    • Dukes County: ALL Locations
    • Barnstable County: ALL Locations
    • Nantucket County: ALL Locations
